This is a FIXED TERM Contract.Dates: ASAP - November 21st.Este es un Contrato a PLAZO FIJO.Fechas: lo antes posible - 21 de noviembre.Under the leadership and guidance of Management, the Client Advisor is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, building and maintaining a loyal client base, providing clients with product knowledge, informing clients of new arrivals and working as part of a team to meet individual, boutique and brand objectives.*Blend Christian Louboutin values in a concession environment to foster our partnership with the department store.Maintains a deep knowledge and understanding of industry trends, general leather good construction and materials, as well as proprietary Christian Louboutin product knowledge.Acts as a team player, fosters a positive and collaborative atmosphere within the store, and supports colleagues to achieve collective sales success.Acts as a brand ambassador in and out of the store and create genuine relationships with clients.Ability to work an 8-hour shift while wearing our product.CUSTOMER EXPERIENCECreates a welcoming, luxurious, and client-centric in-store atmosphere that reflects our brand's core values and beliefs.Builds and nurtures lasting genuine relationships with clients by offering personalized service and follow-up communication.Achieves outreach goals and utilize CRM tools for product launches, holidays, events, and in store experiences.Acts as a brand ambassador to assist and encourage department store employees through the selling ceremony.Assists in daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and stock replenishment.Ensure ringing accuracy across both Christian Louboutin and department store operating systems.Handles all cash desk operations as they pertain to the department store, including large sums of cash.Bachelor's degree required.~Passion for Christian Louboutin and a true ambassador for the brand with strong sense of responsibility.~ Exceptional customer service skills along with transparent and effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.~ Attention to detail accompanied by a strong understanding of the importance to protect the Christian Louboutin business strategies and plans.~ Ability to handle large sums of money, deposits, and all cash desk operations.~ could include overnight, evening, weekend, holiday and call-in shifts.Christian Louboutin, created in **** in Paris, is a global luxury brand leader when it comes to shoes for women and men and leather goods.Christian Louboutin is also renowned for its iconic red sole, imagined by Mr. Christian Louboutin himself, a year after the creation of the brand.The brand has more than 160 Boutiques in 38 countries featuring the signature shoes such as the iconic pumps, sneakers and loafers alongside the seasonal collections for women, men and accessories.Christian Louboutin imagines collections through a large spectrum of inspirations emanating from his love of Paris, his travels, and his passion for art and craftmanship.**** welcomed the launch of Christian Louboutin Beauté with the iconic Rouge Louboutin nail and lip colour.Our people are at the heart of our brand.Our colleagues have in common the passion and dedication to our Brand, and its continued success.The Maison Christian Louboutin is an equal opportunity employer.So, if you also share this mindset and these values and you dream of coloring your soles red as part of the Louboutin adventure, please join us
