Job Title: Backend Developer / Engineer — Spanish & English Proficiency (Remote) Work Arrangement: Fully Remote Schedule: Flexible (approximately 5–40 hours per week, based on project availability) Role Overview We are seeking Backend Developers / Engineers to support the training and evaluation of advanced Artificial Intelligence systems. In this role, you will create, review, and improve backend and computer‑science–related content, and evaluate AI‑generated code to ensure correctness, clarity, and efficiency. This is a fully remote, flexible opportunity suited for professionals with strong backend development foundations and the ability to clearly explain technical concepts in written Spanish, with working proficiency in English. Key Responsibilities Create and review backend and computer‑science content used to train AI models. Evaluate AI‑generated backend code for correctness, efficiency, and reliability. Identify logical errors, performance issues, and architectural inconsistencies. Provide clear, structured, and actionable feedback to improve AI reasoning and outputs. Explain backend programming concepts clearly in written Spanish and English. Collaborate across multiple technical domains and projects based on expertise and availability. Adhere to project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (or currently pursuing). Professional proficiency in Spanish for technical explanation and documentation. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills. Preferred Qualifications 1+ year of experience in backend development, full‑stack engineering, or software engineering roles. Working proficiency in English. Compensation Hourly compensation ranging from USD $15–$32, based on experience and task complexity. Payments issued weekly via supported payout platforms. Total monthly earnings depend on hours worked. Contractors are responsible for applicable taxes and statutory obligations. Additional Information Fully remote and asynchronous work environment.
