Under Armour has one mission: to make you better.We have a commitment to innovation that lies at the heart of everything we do, not just for our athletes but also for our teammates.As a global organization, our teams around the world push boundaries and think beyond what is expected.Together our teammates are unified by our values and are grounded in our vision to inspire you with performance solutions you never knew you needed but can't imagine living without.**Position Summary**:The Visual Merchandising Professional is responsible to keep up brand standards elevating our Shop in Shops and Corners presence by implementing best-in-class merchandising executions.Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, retail merchandising, training and education, space negotiation, key retailer relationship building, and stock & fill.Field VM will be required to provide photo reports of each visit through UA internal platforms.Reports will also include complimentary feedback regarding sales floor and BOH inventory levels, product performance, key campaign executions, and any other opportunities that can help grow the business.**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:- Ability to work independently- Comfortable negotiating floor space, additional fixtures, etc.,- Superior visual merchandising expertise (new store openings, leading installations, and dressing mannequins)- Creative thinker with the ability to influence others on the selling floor- Communicates timely and effectively (both verbal and written)- Strong execution and implementation of merchandising and/or creative planograms/directivesreporting)- Proficient in capturing crisp, clear mirror image photography on a smartphone/device (before and after photosshowcasing completed work)- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds**Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)**:- 3+ years retail experience, vertical store, wholesale or branded apparel experience- Previous work as a merchandise coordinator at an apparel, footwear, accessory, or beauty company- Managerial level experience at department store, vertical retailer or specialty store- Experience in training (foco en vm y apoyo en product training) and presenting to small/medium-sized groups on the selling floor- Strong relationship builder with store management at various levels- High School Graduate required- College Education preferred- Retail Math proficient- The job requires 90% of the time to be physically in the field (Mexico City).**Other Requirements**:**Learn more about Under Armour's COVID-19 response and Teammate vaccination policies** **here**.
