Are you passionate about attracting top talent and shaping the future of an organization?Join the team at Birdman as an HR Recruiting Analyst**The Company**Birdman is a leading plant-based food and supplements company based in Mexico.We are dedicated to promoting healthier and more sustainable lifestyles through our delicious and nutritious products.As we continue to grow and expand, we are seeking a skilled HR Recruiting Analyst to join our team and help streamline our HR processes.**The Role****Responsibilities**- Analyze key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of talent acquired.- Identify areas for process improvement and propose innovative strategies to optimize recruitment.- Maintain and build relationships with educational institutions, associations, and other key talent sources.- Coordinate and conduct initial interviews, assessments, and psychometric tests to ensure alignment with job requirements.- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure information is consistently updated.- Generate regular reports on the status of vacancies and the performance of recruitment strategies.- Ensure recruitment processes comply with legal regulations and internal company policies.- Collaborate with internal departments to align hiring needs with organizational objectives.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communication, or related fields.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Strong organizational ability and attention to detail.- High level of integrity and confidentiality.- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.- Knowledge of recruitment platforms and professional social networks (LinkedIn, OCC, etc.).- Ability to administer and interpret psychometric tests.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS systems is preferable.Desirable Requirements- Experience in a fast-paced environment.- Advanced proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools.- Professional HR certifications
