**TATA Consultancy Services is looking for new talent**In support of one our clients HR Operations, in the Talent Acquisition Team this position is responsible for full-cycle recruitment of operational and comercial positions.The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for contributing to achievement of hiring goals with an emphasis on filling positions on a timely basis with quality hires.**Full Cycle Recruiting of Commercial and Operational Positions**:- Ensure we are hiring the best talent for all Commercial and Operational vacant positions on a timely basis to meet our organizations current and future business needs.- Leads job requisitions, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, interviewing, offer and pre-employment screening process to ensure a strong cultural and fit.- Responsible for all recruiting related communication, ensuring messages reach targeted audiences, key stakeholders (Talent Acquisition Manager, Hiring Manager and HR Business Partner) are well informed.- Proactively engage with Talent Acquisition Manager to establish a common understanding of talent acquisition processes and service level standards- Partner with Human Resources Business partner on hiring decisions, job offer negotiations, and market trends within the industry- Proactively engage hiring managers to provide updates and gather feedback on talent submissions and interviews- Meet demands of the business within appropriate time-to-fill metrics**Employment Brand Ambassador**:- Responsible for development of applicant talent pool and sourcing strategies, including job board posting, diversity job boards, social media, and other tools, to sustain current and future needs, enhance our client's reputation and attract high quality talent.Academic requirements:- Bachelor's degree preferredExperience requirements:- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-cycle recruiting/talent acquisitionRequired knowledge:- Bi-lingual/Bi-Cultural (English/Spanish) required- Success Factors (ATS) experience highly preferred.Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience required- Must have a valid passport/visa and be willing to travel to the US at least 10% of the timeCritical Skills:- Strong verbal and written communication skills on both languages (English/Spanish)- Knowledge of Behavioral Based Interviewing Techniques- Ability to influence hiring managers in and ever-changing environment**Lo que ofrecemos**:- **Sueldo base de $30,****** MXN.**:- Prestaciones de Ley.- Seguro Médico Privado.- Seguro dental, de la vista y de vida.- Vales de despensa.- 10 días de Vacaciones y PTO.- Aguinaldo de 30 días en Diciembre.- Reparto de utilidades- Revision y aumento de sueldo anualmente de acuerdo a performance- **La vacante es en modelo de trabajo hibrido por lo cual es importante que puedas acudir a las oficinas de TATA 4 en el Technology Park de Guadalajara ya que se trabaja desde oficinas al menos una vez a la semana.****Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: $30,****** per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- *****, Guadalajara, Jal.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Full Cycle Recruitment: 3 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: One location
