Ansell is looking for an Order Management Analyst to join our team in Queretaro Role and responsibilities What you will do: Manage the full order lifecycle for all customer types within the assigned portfolio. Process orders accurately and on time, including resolving EDI/OCR issues and discrepancies. Review daily order issue reports and provide root‑cause analysis. Follow up on open drop‑ship orders, track delivery status, and request expedites when necessary. Monitor aged order lines, making updates or cancellations as needed. Support Customer Service and Customer Success teams with inquiries, cancellations, and order revisions. Obtain and manage required documentation for direct‑ship orders (e.g., certificates of origin, packing slips, invoices). Maintain customer cross‑reference tables and correct EDI errors. Ensure smooth order flow across systems (EDI, Oracle, Salesforce, OCR, Webstore). Review open orders for holds or errors (credit, inventory, pricing, overdue dates). Identify and resolve pricing discrepancies to prevent invoice issues. Perform additional tasks as required. What will you bring to Ansell? Key Requirements: Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience in business or international commerce. 3+ years of order entry experience; Oracle and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred. Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel. Solid understanding of order‑to‑cash processes and ability to work in fast‑paced environments. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage customer expectations, adapt to change, and handle crisis situations with maturity. Fluent in English and Spanish.
