Key Responsibilities·Supervise daily productionoperations, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards.· Lead and develop a motivatedproduction team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuousimprovement.· Monitor production flow,identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to maintain efficiency.· Ensure accurate and timelycompletion of hourly scorecards and production documentation.· Conduct regular audits ofquality systems, logs, and controls in alignment with Layered Standard Work(LSW).· Promote cross-training andskill development to enhance team flexibility and reduce absenteeism.· Recognize and reward teamachievements while addressing performance issues through appropriatedisciplinary measures.·Drive continuous improvementinitiatives through KAIZEN events and active participation in EBS (EnvistaBusiness System).·Analyze KPI trends, lead rootcause analysis (PSP), and develop action plans to meet or exceed targets.·Maintain effectivecommunication across departments to ensure alignment and operational success.·Ensure compliance with ISO9001 and ISO 13485 standards, as well as applicable safety and environmentalregulations.·Oversee proper use of safetyequipment, identify workplace hazards, and implement preventive measures.·Support digital systems andtechnology use to enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy.Qualifications·Bachelor’s degree inEngineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.·2–3 years of experience as aProduction Supervisor in a manufacturing environment, preferably in medical ordental devices.· Ability to read/write andspeak English.·Strong knowledge of productionprocesses, machinery, materials, and quality control systems.·Familiarity with LeanManufacturing, EBS, KAIZEN, Gemba Walks, and Standard Work.·Understanding of ISO 9001 andISO 13485 standards is highly desirable.·Excellent leadership,communication, and conflict resolution skills.·Ability to analyze complexsituations, identify root causes, and make data-driven decisions underpressure.·High attention to detail, timemanagement, and organizational skills.·Proficient in Microsoft Officeand production management software.alejandro.vega@envistaco.com #J-18808-Ljbffr
