Descripción y detalle de las actividadesOversees day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and cost control requirements. This role involves hiring, onboarding, and evaluating production employees, fostering a safe and positive work environment, and managing daily attendance and payroll issues. The supervisor coordinates production plans, checks equipment readiness, and ensures efficient utilization of resources to meet customer demands while maintaining safety standards.
