The Ops Support Associate 2 is an entry-level position responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to; record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, account maintenance, imaging and the opening of accounts in coordination with the Operations - Core Team.Additionally, the Ops Support Associate 2 serves as the liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians and clients.The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.**Responsibilities**:- Identify, analyze, and solve key issues of assigned area and deliver supporting documents to corresponding areas- Assist with the management of various reports, including business reporting, monthly operating report, and business scorecard and provide constant and clear communication regarding local policies and processes- Assist in the execution and monitoring of processes and data, ensuring efficiency and client satisfaction- Organize, develop, and maintain Continuity of Business, Resolution planning and Business Review Templates- Monitor requirements related to compliance with Corporate Policies- Monitor and implement corrective actions derived from MCA reviews and other control entities- Fulfilling the clients' necessities while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behavior from all our employees and it will be measured by specific metrics.**Qualifications**:- 2-5 years of relevant experience- Proficient in Microsoft Office- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills- Ability to work in fast pace and changing environment- Ability to analyze data and solve problems- Proven organizational and time management skills**Education**:- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experienceThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.Other job-related duties may be assigned as required.**Funciones**- Apoyo administrativo al área de cobranza- No tiene contacto directo con cliente- Realizar cargos manuales en sistema- Certificaciones contables o estados de cuenta- Certificados de productos PYME, hipotecario, UDIS, préstamos personales y de ex personal.- Recuperación de cartera mediante el cobro de quitas interno modificación de Buró de Crédito y baja de boletín Dictaminación para generar cartas finiquito, Análisis de créditos- Elaboración de expedientes- Recuperación Movimientos a cuenta concentradora- Generación de reportes de control, KPIS, etc- Interpretacion de datos- Generar estragias para mitigar riesgos relacionados con cobranza**Requisitos**- Conocimiento en Cobranza- Manejo de los sistemas integrales de cobranza- Manejo de Paqueteria Microsoft Office nível intermedio o avanzado- Organizado y proactivo- Orientado al cumplimiento de resultados u objetivos- Excel intermedio (cruces, base de datos, tablas dinamicas)- Conocimiento de eta6pas de cobranza/ back / recovery/ boket/**L-V 9 a 6 pm****Zona de Trabajo Los Alpes/ Alvaro Obregon**- **Job Family Group**:Operations - Core- **Job Family**:Operations Support- **Time Type**:Full time- **Most Relevant Skills**Please see the requirements listed above.- **Other Relevant Skills**For complementary skills, please see above and/or contact the recruiter.-- View Citi's _EEO Policy Statement_ and the _Know Your Rights_ poster._
