**What To Expect**Being up to date on HP's products and offerings, sales process and cross-departmental knowledge is critical to providing an exceptional customer experience.The Content Specialist is a key member of the integrated marketing team and is crucial to establishing a seamless customer journey that allows a clear path to further discovery and purchase.For this role, you will be both a creative thinker and a master of message optimization.You should be familiar with various marketing techniques across all marketing channels.Your goal will be to develop the most profitable ABM campaign content to position HP as the technology partner for the new way we work.**What You'll Do**- Customer centric and passionate story-teller- The Content Specialist will collaborate with marketing, sales, and insights teams to fully understand our end-user and ensure content resonates with our target audience.- Own the customer content journey end-to-end- Work across functions to drive a unified voice and amplify and align key messages and content.- Work with agencies to develop new and innovative content in line with brand tone and voice, including mobile-first video and audio- Review and edit content for grammar and technical accuracy prior to publishing.- Audit existing content and materials for relevancy, and archive as needed.- Learn about our customers and products and take the initiative to propose new content to our team and business partners.- Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and platforms at the same time.- Assess content performance with data and insights to optimize our strategy.- Work with alliance partners to ensure content branding meets their requirements- Flexibility to work on additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs.**What You'll Bring**- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.- 3+ years B2B marketing experience- Natural leadership skills, innovative ideas and possesses critical thinking.- Proven success in cross-functional collaboration and managing creative agencies- Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills- Proficiency in digital content tools- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and express them in human terms.- Broad functional experience with content development and project management.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong presentation skills with demonstrated ability to present across multiple levels and audiences of the company
