**AI Content Quality Assurance Specialist**At HP, our vision is to engineer experiences that amaze.With the creativity and energy of a startup, combined with the strength and determination of a Fortune 100 corporation, we continue to deliver groundbreaking technologies that build on our 85-year legacy of innovation.We value ownership, collaboration, ingenuity, tenacity, and a sense of humor.Join our team, work hard, and watch as your efforts impact millions of customers around the world.**Team Overview**Join the Omnichannel GTM Product Experience team and help our customers find the right products for their connected lives using AI.Be at the forefront of AI-driven content generation technology.**Core Responsibilities**As an AI Content Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in monitoring AI-generated eCommerce content, ensuring it aligns with our brand guidelines.This involves scrutinizing images and text for inconsistencies or AI-generated anomalies, known as "AI hallucinations."You will compile detailed reports with examples to facilitate prompt correction and validate eCommerce assets against our stringent standards.Once approved, you will upload these assets to our internal systems for distribution.**Key responsibilities include**:- Conducting thorough reviews of AI-generated eCommerce content for brand consistency.- Identifying and documenting deviations from brand guidelines or AI hallucinations.- Preparing and submitting comprehensive reports to the AI development team, highlighting inconsistencies and inaccuracies.- Contributing to the training and development of the Large Language Model (LLM) supporting the AI process.- Approving and uploading compliant eCommerce content to internal systems for distribution.- Executing tasks efficiently and precisely in alignment with our goals and standards.**Knowledge and Skills**- Passion for helping customers find the right products based on their needs.- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand integrity.- Ability to handle repetitive tasks with patience and focus.- Familiarity with artificial intelligence prompting and outputs.- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.**Education & Experience Required**- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, or Creative Writing.A related graduate-level degree is a plus.- Fluency in English.**Disclaimer
