In your new role you will:- reate the Import-Export Invoices for raw material, finished good, equipment, spare parts, customer returns, export controlled items, change of regimen, scrap, virtual, change of regimen, etc.- rocess the Import-Export transactions according to the department scheduled hours.- anage and maintain the US Cross dock warehouse inventory aging.- egister all import-export transactions entries into Annex 24 Database in a timely matter, including all the necessary information to comply with MX and US Customs Authorities, and other Government Agencies.- erform Data Stage validation vs. Annex 24, revise and correct any data entry errors and guarantee the compliance with legal permanency of the goods.- esponsible for the integrity of import-export transactions files, and the digitalization of all of them in a weekly basis.- **Maintain all process and procedures pertaining to C-TPAT and OEA Certification updated and available at all time.-****Perform spot checks periodically to ensure we are in compliance with our Certifications (C-TPAT, OEA, VAT, etc.) -**- TS and ECCN Accuracy: Work along with other trade compliance, purchasing and engineering colleagues within the organization and vendors to ensure Annex 24 HTS and ECCN classification are correct.- **Prepare and submit permits related with the operation, such CICOPLAFEST, Rule 8th, Sensitive Merchandise, etc -****Support customers with customs information for NOSTAS Shipment and process NOSTAS customs approvals -**- rokerage and Freight vendor billing control.Updated and maintain the Import-Export Vendors weekly billing report, review and authorized weekly billing invoices- mport-Export projects and other activities related with the areaYou are best equipped for this task if you have:- **Experience with Import-Export Invoices (IN, RT, A1, V1, BO, F4, F5,AF, R1, A3, etc. )**- **Knowledge of IMMEX, VAT Certification, Prosec, Rule 8th, Cofepris,Sensitive Merchandise, etc.-**- xperience with Annex 24 System - IXport, desired/preferred- xperience with ERP System - SAP, desired/preferred- xperience with Data Stage - Annex 24 monthly reconciliations &monthly FIFO (discharges)- eneral understanding in classifying commodities- nowledge of USMCA- **Knowledge of C-TPAT and OEA Certifications -**- xperience working with Freight carriers, warehouse, Mexican and US Brokers- nderstanding of Mexican Customs S- kills: -_- ble to cope with multiple task and set priorities- bility to execute task and meet aggressive deadlines due fast-paced environment with on demand requests- bility to interface professionally with peers and support teams E- ducational background: -_- achelor Degree in International Trade, Import-Export or related field- nglish 70%D**riving decarbonization and digitalization.Together.I****e are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.T**his means we embrace diversity and inclusion and welcome everyone for who they are.At Infineon, we offer a working environment characterized by trust, openness, respect and tolerance and are committed to give all applicants and employees equal opportunities.We base our recruiting decisions on the applicant ´s experience and skills.We look forward to receiving your resume, even if you do not entirely meet all the requirements of the job posting.Please let your recruiter know if they need to pay special attention to something in order to enable your participation in the interview process.C
