C. SiteReporting to the Import/Export Manager, Import/Export Analyst role involves providing operational expertise to enhance the efficiency and cost effectiveness of the department by establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships, liaising with operations, customers and carriers in order to ensure customer satisfaction and to deliver maximum advantage to the business. Also responsible for ensuring legal compliance within government rules and regulations.What a typical day looks like:- Provide leadership to the department through knowledge, experience and management of all imports and exports through airlines, haulers and customs.- May have P&L responsibility for the department.- Track international shipments and may track domestic shipments.- Provide POD’s for shipments.- May research freight issues.- Audit special need deliveries to identify issues and concerns.- File or assist with filing of freight claims for international and domestic shipments.- May maintain and update carrier routing guide.- May train various site departments on usage of carrier routing guide.- Arrange expedited shipments by request to meet customer needs.- May coordinate international truck load shipments.- May identify ways for freight and cost savings.The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.- Fluent English oral and written.- Experience with Logistics (transport placement)What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.- Life & Medical insurance.- Christmas Bonus.- Food Coupons.- Saving Fund.CP68Job CategoryGlobal Procurement & Supply Chain**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:.
