Clínica Estética en Ciudad de México especializada en rejuvenecimiento y armonización facial y corporal, se encuentra en búsqueda de un Growth & Performance Specialist Indispensable contar con al menos 3 años de experiencia en detectar oportunidades de mejora en el funnel completo —desde la generación de leads hasta la recompra— integrando datos, estrategia digital y enfoque comercial. Principales responsabilidades : Diseñar, implementar y optimizar estrategias de crecimiento digital enfocadas en generación de leads calificados y conversión. Desarrollar plan de SEO con seguimiento de métricas. Gestionar campañas de publicidad (Meta Ads, Google Ads yTik TOk ads) con foco en retorno sobre inversión. Analizar resultados de campañas, indicadores de rendimiento (KPIs) y comportamiento de usuarios para detectar oportunidades de mejora. Coordinar esfuerzos con el equipo médico y administrativo para alinear comunicación, promociones y objetivos de negocio. Proponer y ejecutar estrategias de fidelización y retención de pacientes. Colaborar en la creación de contenido digital estratégico (redes, blog, newsletter, sitio web). Analizar métricas clave del funnel (leads, agendas, asistencias, cierres, recompra). Colaborar con marketing para optimizar campañas digitales, audiencias y mensajes. Diseñar estrategias de crecimiento : promociones, programas de referidos, flujos automatizados, etc. Dar seguimiento a resultados y generar reportes de performance con insights accionables. Proponer mejoras en procesos comerciales y de atención para aumentar la conversión. Realizar pruebas A / B y documentar aprendizajes para escalar los resultados más efectivos. Coordinarse con dirección médica y equipo de atención al cliente para alinear objetivos de negocio. Requisitos : Experiencia en marketing digital, performance o áreas comerciales (mínimo 3 años). Conocimiento en análisis de métricas, embudos de conversión y herramientas CRM. Mentalidad estratégica con enfoque a resultados y mejora continua. Capacidad para integrar datos, creatividad y ejecución. Comunicación clara, pensamiento crítico y gusto por los retos.
