**General Responsibilities**:- Collaborate with Product Development, Design, Merchandising, Planning and Quality teams to plan seasonal vendor allocation.Responsible for providing seasonal post-mortem analysis report of vendor bulk production performance to help guide and provide insight that will support Product team for future allocation decisions.- Work with Senior Product Development Manager on allocation of bulk orders to appropriate suppliers through consideration of capability, workmanship, and costing.- Ensure production runs smoothly, efficiently, and meets quality and performance standards.- Responsible for troubleshooting issues that arise during production to delivery only first quality goods to our customers- Build and enforce compliance standards in accordance with company's QC manual as well as industry policies and best practices- Oversee and manage quality testing of fabric and components with 3rd party SGS testing lab- Define production quality procedures and manage roll-out to all factories.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field- 4+ years experience in Production- Experience in active apparel, knitwear and embellishments, accessories a plus- Valid VISA**Benefits**:Net weekly payment**:$10,****** to $11,****** pesos**Hybrid scheme (3 days home office - 2 days on site)Benefits required by lawInsurance of major medical expensesTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: $40,****** - $45,****** al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 10 horasPrestaciones:- Aumentos salariales- Horarios flexibles- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Teléfono de la empresa- Trabajo desde casaTipos de compensaciones:- Bono de productividad- Bono trimestralPregunta(s) de postulación:- Do you have visa?- Do you have visa SENTRI?Experiência:- Production Manager: 4 años (Deseable)- Quality Control: 4 años (Deseable)- Apparel industry: 4 años (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés Avanzado (Deseable)Disponibilidad para viajar:- 25 % (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
