Suministrar soporte técnico de forma remota a los usuarios.Instalar, ajustar, reparar y desempeñar funciones de mantenimiento preventivo al equipo Komax tanto dentro de las instalaciones Komax como en las fábricas de los clientes.Preparar y llevar a cabo corridas en equipos Komax con las especificaciones suministradas por los clientes.Mantener actualizados los registros en el sistema CRM al tener comunicación con los clientes.Mantener las áreas donde desempeñe sus actividades en forma ordenada y limpia.Desempeñar otras actividades asignadas.Enfocar sus esfuerzos hacia los objetivos trazados en cada periodo.Apegarse a las políticas y procedimientos de la compañía establecidas dentro del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad.Determinar piezas necesarias para llevar a cabo reparaciones a los equipos Komax.Realizar reportes de visitas de servicio.#J-*****-Ljbffr
