DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead and scale initiatives for the 3P External Fulfillment business.This role will be crucial in developing and executing strategies to enhance our third-party seller fulfillment capabilities, improve Seller Experience and ensure we are building the right feature and services for our Sellers to expand and retain selection through improved service quality and product economics.Key job responsibilitiesOwn and drive the end-to-end programs for 3P External Fulfillment programs in Mexico, including program design, implementation, and optimizationPartner with multiple stakeholders including Tech, Operations, Seller Support, and Business teams to improve existing programs or drive new implementationDesign and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve seller experience, business profitability, and business productivityCreate, track and inspect key performance metrics, creating data-driven insights to guide program decisionsBuild and maintain relationships with key internal partners across NA and LATAM regionsBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree8+ years of program or project management experienceExperience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvementsExperience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadershipFluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)Advanced ExcelPreferred Qualifications2+ years of driving process improvements experienceMaster's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related fieldOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.If you have a disability and need a workplace accommodation or adjustment during the application and hiring process, including support for the interview or onboarding process, please visit for more information.If the country/region you're applying in isn't listed, please contact your Recruiting Partner.#J-*****-Ljbffr
