This role is fully remote and a six-month contract. Candidates may live anywhere in Mexico.Key responsibilities include:Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all parties involvedPrepare and distribute interview materials, including job descriptions, candidate resumes, and interview schedulesGenerate and distribute offer letters and other hiring documentationMaintain the confidentiality of sensitive candidate and company informationContribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and proceduresQualifications3+ years of recruiting coordinator experience fora large tech companyExperience working for a US-based companyFluent in both English and SpanishComfortable in a fast-paced environmentExperience using ATS GreenhouseStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team settingFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlinesAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
