We’re Hiring Join Redial BPO as our Marketing Specialist 🚀Are you a forward-thinking marketing professional with a knack for B2B strategy and team coordination? Redial BPO is looking for a Marketing Specialist – B2B & Internal Marketing to join our team on-site in TijuanaKey ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Coordination: Proactively recommend marketing strategies and identify opportunities to improve performance across all channels.Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for Sales, HR, Recruitment, and Operations to translate business needs into actionable marketing briefs.Content Oversight: Review and approve content for LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, and internal email campaigns to ensure brand alignment and high quality.Team Development: Coach and guide community managers and graphic designers, providing constructive feedback to improve visual execution and engagement.Campaign Execution: Support the rollout of B2B brand awareness, employer branding, email nurture flows, and corporate events.Performance Tracking: Monitor task dashboards and use analytics tools to report on social media and email performance.Job RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Development, or a related field (Mandatory).Experience: 2–3 years in marketing roles (B2B/B2C, content creation, or corporate communications).Leadership: Proven experience coordinating small teams or managing cross‑functional projects.Technical Skills:Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or CapCut.Familiarity with HubSpot (CRM/Email), ZoomInfo, and website CMS.Proficiency in LinkedIn, Meta, and TikTok for business.Languages: English proficiency at a B2+ level or higher (Mandatory).Availability: Flexible schedule to support global time zones; on-site presence in Tijuana is required.Work Conditions & ScheduleWe offer various shifts to accommodate our global operations.Shifts available starting as early as 5:00 AM or as late as 9:00 AM.Standard Days: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend coverage for special events.Location: Tijuana, Mexico (On‑site) with travel to Mexicali.
