Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Program Administrator located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Program Management Manager, Program Administrator role involves assists with managing key customer accounts in all aspects of the business relationship.

What a typical day looks like:

- Administrative support and right hand of the Program Management Manager for various customers.
- Keep records, logs and information updated.
- Analyze data to help take critical decisions.
- Develop and maintain business relationship with customers.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
- Fluent English oral and written.
- Intermediate Excel.
- Analytic. Able to propose solutions and solve problems.
- Communication: Understand by his own roles and others to establish a constant communication with the team.
- Negotiation. Being able to hear and listen others needs to reach agreements.
- Discipline. Constant in deliverables with customer and with flex
- know how a production line works.
- Customer service: Always focused on customer requirements.
- Leadership skills is also a plus.
- Focused on problem solving is also a plus.
- Knowledge in some ERP's (BAAN 5, ORACOL, SAP ETC.)
