Our technology and services allow customers to rapidly bring new products to market and consume manufacturing as a virtualized resource by offering instant price quotes, rapid prototyping services, and production at scale through a network of factories in North America. Our partners gain a source of low overhead manufacturing jobs, allowing them to fully subscribe their factory capacity and eliminate idle time.**Position Description**- The Program Administrator is responsible for the efficiently following of the programs supporting the Macrofab’s operation in Mexico and the US. The Program Administrator will be a constant support on making sure of meeting the goals and deliverables of the program, following up on a daily basis, putting Quality and Customer culture ahead of any other priority.**Key Responsibilities**- Sustain constant communication with partner factories over México and the US.- Review of production output.- Understanding and analysis of KPIs both internal and external- Drive meetings with factory partners and high level of commands in the company- Daily report of program status.- Supports other functional areas related to the program’s success.- Ensures efficient communication on success blockers related to the program.- Confers with appropriate managers within Program Management, Operations and others to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority, and to receive technical advice and resolve problems.- Constant travel to partner factories is required.- Analytical: research, collects and synthesizes data to offer proper solutions.- Problem solving and decision making able to identify and solve problems, showing good judgement.- Program Management Fundamentals: understand the Program Management methodology and how it affects the organization.**Education and experience**- BA or BS.- Fluent English oral and written.- Experience as Program Administrator in Manufacturing Industry.- Excellent Communication Skills.- Negotiation Skills.- Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.- Knowledge in Program Management method based on PMI is preferred.1mCmWuA7Z8
