**Chargeback Specialist**Department: Merchant ProcessingReports To: Manager of Merchant Processing & Quality Improvement**Position Summary**The Chargeback Specialist will play a critical role in managing and mitigating chargebacksacross Aimbridge Hospitality properties.This individual will be responsible for monitoringchargeback activity, coordinating with hotel management teams, and ensuring timely andaccurate responses to disputes.The role requires strong attention to detail, excellentcommunication skills, and a proactive approach to reducing chargeback exposure.**Key Responsibilities**- Monitor chargeback activity across all Aimbridge properties using processor portals.- Record and track chargeback cases in the chargeback management tool.- Collaborate with hotel management teams to gather necessary documentation and- evidence to dispute chargebacks.- Submit timely and complete responses to chargebacks to ensure the best possible outcome.- Follow up on chargeback cases through resolution and maintain accurate records ofoutcomes.Processing & Quality Improvement.improve recovery rates.- Identify chargeback trends and escalate recurring issues to the Manager of Merchant- Assist in developing strategies and best practices to reduce chargeback volume and- Support internal audits and reporting requirements related to chargeback activity.**Qualifications**- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.- 2+ years of experience in chargeback management, merchant processing, or related financial operations.- Familiarity with chargeback portals (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover) and dispute resolution processes.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).- Experience with chargeback management tools is a plus.**Preferred Attributes**- Hospitality industry experience is highly desirable.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance traducir.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: Hasta $35,****** al mesBeneficios:- Aumentos salariales- Descuento de empleados- Descuentos y precios preferenciales- Días de maternidad superiores a los de la ley- Días de paternidad superiores a los de la ley- Días por enfermedad- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Estacionamiento gratuito- Horarios flexibles- Opción a contrato indefinido- Seguro de vida- Teléfono de la empresa- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldo- Vales de despensaLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
