**Education**:Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.- **Experience**:Minimum of 1 year of work experience in Human Resources Shared Services Center (HRSSC) environments.**Preferred Qualifications**:- Prior exposure to Payroll, HRSSC processes across US/CAN (preferably)**Skills We Value**:- Collaboration & Teamwork- Time Management- Adaptability & Learning Agility- Accountability/Ownership- Attention to Detail- Quality Mindset- Problem Solving- Customer-service Orientation- Analytical Thinking- Critical Thinking- Communication- Initiate and oversee Leave of Absence, Terminations and Personal Data requests within vendor systems and employee ´s request.- Accurately document case resolutions and manage employee data, including processing transactions, archiving data, and retaining records.- Collaborate effectively with HR functional partners and COEs to ensure precise handling of requests and smooth cross-functional coordination.- Review and manage employee payroll and pay-related changes within HR systems.- Meet or exceed established team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).- Promptly address customer requests and escalations, providing thorough analysis and support.- Ensure strict compliance with corporate data administration and security standards for all Leave of Absence Terminations and Personal Data transactions.- Lead quality control efforts through transaction audits and implement remedial actions.- Proactively identify process gaps and engage stakeholders to develop and implement effective solutions.- Adapt to evolving processes and organizational changes, ensuring HRSSC documentation remains current.- Drive continuous service and process improvements to enhance efficiency and the overall employee experience.- Work collaboratively with diverse internal teams and third-party vendors to achieve team objectives.- Develop and maintain expert knowledge in and related HR functional areas, championing improvements that positively impact employees.- Ensuring accuracy in transactions submitted to the main HR system is critical for operational efficiency
