**POSITION'S MISSION**Executing M&A transactions across geographies worldwide, assessing business development opportunities, portfolio rebalancing, support strategic planning analysis and internal consulting projects.**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Assist in M&A transactions, help develop valuation models (DCF, multiples, etc.) and evaluate transaction investment metrics- Contribute to analyze market conditions, competitive dynamics, and industry performance to identify opportunities which would improve CEMEX's positioning as a leader in the building materials industry.- Assist in the assessment of business development opportunities in CEMEX and non-CEMEX markets and geographies- Participate in project work streams of internal consulting projects for CEMEX worldwide across our 4 core businesses (cement, ready-mix, aggregates and Urbanization Solutions)- Help develop materials for top management meetings, including Board of Directors, Corporate Practices Committee, Executive Committee, and other events- Work and coordinate with corporate staff and regional operational areas, including finance, legal, tax, accounting, sustainability, operations and technical, R&D, among others**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**- Bachelor's degree- Advanced English required (C1/C2 or TOEFL/IELTS equivalent)- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint**Pursuing Excellence**:Entry level experience (0-3 years) in Consulting, Finance, Corporate Planning, Business Development, Innovation, or equivalent experience in a challenging, international environment, with proven results**; **Intellectual curiosity, structured, critical thinking, attentive to detail**Working as One CEMEX**:Team player, results driven.Thrives in a multicultural, high-pressure environment**Acting with Integrity**:Always conducts oneself with integrity and honesty**; **Able to manage highly confidential information**Focusing on Customers**:Ability to understand internal and external customer's needs, and engages in productive discussions**Ensuring Safety**:Ensuring safety and health is a top priority for all members of the team
