Senior Contract Specialist

Draft, review and negotiate customer and vendor-facing non-disclosure agreements and amendments based on established guidelines.- Work with the Legal, Sales, and other teams to ensure negotiations result in optimal terms and timely execution of contracts.- Ensure company standards and processes are followed during the contracting process.Review non-standard terms and involve necessary teams to obtain approvals.- Work closely with attorneys to support drafting and obtaining approvals for complex matters related to confidentiality and Blue Yonder's NDA process.- Review executed agreements and guide teams on how to properly comply with relevant terms.- Guide internal business teams on whether new non-disclosure agreements are needed, in light of existing contracts.- Build productive relationships and feedback loops with Legal, Sales, and other teams to drive efficiencies.- Collaborate with cross functional teams to establish and reinforce consistent requirements and processes for non-disclosure agreements.- Train, mentor and function as an escalation point for junior contract specialists, as well as members of cross-functional teams on contract provisions and handling of NDA related requests.- Assist with the creation, updating and maintaining of contract templates, playbooks, SOPs.- Communicate new legal and commercial developments to the rest of the legal team.- Prepare and deliver training to other departments related to non-disclosure agreements process.- Administrative tasks and reporting related to non-disclosure agreements.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry-related issues, software licensing, SaaS, professional services in light of Blue Yonder's non-disclosure agreement process.- Performs other responsibilities and special projects in support of the legal team's goals and initiatives.- Collaborate and provide coverage across the applicable regional legal team during periods of heavy volume.Our ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.Ours unite us.They are what drive our success - and the success of our customers.Does your heart beat like ours?Find out here:Core Values- Diversity, Inclusion, Value & Equality (DIVE)is our strategy for fostering an inclusive environment we can be proud of.Check out Blue Yonder's inauguralDiversity Reportwhich outlines our commitment to change, and ourvideocelebrating the differences in all of us in the words of some of our associates from around the world.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.
