Role: Marketing Virtual AssistantPriority Location: Global (Latin America, Philippines, South Africa)Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 40hrs/week with overlap in US timezoneType of job: Fully RemoteSalary Range: $900-$1,200/month (Philippines), $1,200-$1,400/month (LatAm/South Africa)The final offer is at the client's discretion and will depend on the candidate's interview result, skills, and experience.About the Role: This role is designed for growth: it will start part-time with the expectation of a quick transition to full-time as our e-commerce client base rapidly expands.Key ResponsibilitiesEmail Content Refinement: Perform "human-in-the-loop" edits and updates to AI-generated email campaigns based on client feedback and internal brand standards, ensuring a strong marketing voice.Quality Control (QC): Conduct rigorous quality control checks on email drafts, content, and design elements to ensure flawless final delivery and adherence to high standards.Customer & Team Collaboration: Collaborate directly with team members to accurately implement and finalize customer feedback on email campaigns using our simple, internal drag-and-drop editor.Product Assurance & Reporting: Support overall quality assurance efforts by proactively identifying, documenting, and filing bugs or issues related to the product or campaign process.Asset Management: Assist in maintaining and organizing marketing collateral and digital assets.Ad-Hoc Support: Provide light administrative overflow support and assist with ad-hoc projects as needed to support the growing team.Required Experience & SkillsExperience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a virtual assistant, marketing assistant, or similar role focused on content editing, QA, or marketing operations.Strong English Command: Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills are mandatory for ensuring clear email copy and effective team communication.Detail Orientation & Autonomy: Meticulous attention to detail is critical, along with the ability to work independently and manage a steady volume of tasks accurately.Marketing Fundamentals: Familiarity with basic digital marketing concepts and principles.Tool Adaptability: Ability to quickly master and utilize new software, including our proprietary internal AI tools.Nice To Have Skills A background in marketing or design (agency experience is a plus).Prior experience with email marketing platforms (e.G., Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp).Familiarity with visual design principles and/or simple design tools.Experience with AI-based applications or similar productivity tools.Seniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionMarketing and SalesIndustriesStaffing and RecruitingGet notified about new Marketing Assistant jobs in Latin America.#J-*****-Ljbffr
