Learning Consultant - CAD / CAM & DMSiemens Digital Industries Software is looking for an experienced Learning Consultant to deliver high-quality training and adoption services for our CAD / CAM portfolio, specifically NX and Solid Edge.The role focuses on enabling customers to optimize their design and engineering workflows and to advance their digital manufacturing initiatives using Tecnomatix Plant Simulation and Process Simulate.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging instructor-led training sessions (in-person and virtual) on Siemens NX and Solid Edge.Provide training on Tecnomatix Plant Simulation and Process Simulate to support digital manufacturing strategies.Customize learning paths and training content to meet individual customer needs and business objectives.Serve as a subject-matter expert, offering best practices and technical guidance to customers.Collaborate with Learning Architects and Engagement Managers to develop training strategies for key accounts.Stay current with Siemens product evolution, industry trends, and customer challenges to ensure cutting-edge delivery.Build strong customer relationships, gather feedback, and ensure training effectiveness and satisfaction.Coordinate with sales, pre-sales, product management, and support teams for a seamless customer experience.Recommended Skills & QualificationsTechnical Expertise (Prioritized)Extensive hands-on experience with Siemens NX (advanced modeling, assembly, drafting, and manufacturing applications).Strong proficiency with Solid Edge (CAD/CAM).Solid working knowledge of Tecnomatix Plant Simulation.Experience with Tecnomatix Process Simulate.Solid understanding of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and PLM concepts.Training & Consulting Acumen3–5 years of technical training or consulting experience.Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to adapt training styles to varied learning styles and technical proficiencies.Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and a customer-focused mindset.Education Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.General Self-motivated, proactive, able to manage multiple training engagements; willingness to travel.% for on-site customer training.Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.Why Us?Flexible working arrangements.Competitive benefits.Opportunity to shape the future of industrial software.At Siemens Software, you'll enjoy flexible working arrangements, competitive benefits, and the opportunity to shape the future of industrial software.We thrive on diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity.All employment decisions at Siemens are based on qualifications, merit, and business need.Bring your curiosity and creativity, and help us shape tomorrow.Seniority level: Mid-Senior level.Employment type: Full-time.Job function: Human Resources.Industries: Software Development.#J-*****-Ljbffr
