in ensuring company KPIs are met and support the renewal managers in minimizing attrition.In this role, you will provide expert guidance to Renewals Managers and partner groups on deal structure inquiries, opportunity and contract support, complex deal calculations, and ensure compliance with attrition and company policies.ResponsibilitiesManage internal case queue(s) inclusive of owning and triaging the request with leader, perform account forensics, executing the request, providing status updates to the leader, and closing out the case within the designated time frameHelp drive attrition mitigation by partnering with and guiding Renewals Managers in executing transactional to complex cross cloud deals effectively and efficiently, explaining financial and metric impact to relevant stakeholdersWork with and build relationships with Renewals Managers, Sales, Revenue Recognition, Deal Desk Support, SalesOperations, and Legal to drive deal execution and provide suggestions/assistance for contract negotiations or customer satisfaction issuesWork closely with subject-matter experts to analyze current business processes and workflows to recommend improvements through automationConduct data quality reviews and audits as needed to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance with established standardsStay informed on, learn, and provide support for new NPIs and acquisitions to meet growing customer demandsRequired Skills & ExperienceProven experience in Renewals/Sales Operations, Business Operations or a similar role with a track record of successfully managing and improving processesOutstanding analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, synthesize information, and develop solutions and recommendations with keen attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departmentsAutonomy and drive: self-motivated with a highly collaborative style, strong influencing skills, and an aim to thrive in a constantly evolving growth environmentGrowth mindset: strong sense of openness, curiosity, and willingness to approach tasks without preconceived notions or fixed perspectivesUnderstanding of broader business and financial concepts, adept at managing multiple projects and tasks under tight deadlines in a fast-paced settingExperience will be evaluated based on the skills you'll use every day for the role (e.G., extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience)PreferredDeep expertise in CRM platforms and renewal processesTeam player who excels in a collaborative environmentProficient in utilizing the Google suite of toolsExperience with Salesforce is considered a
