IT Engineer-L2Our office in Tijuana is growing and we're looking for IT Talent that can join our team.No matter where you are in Mexico, we are ready to bring you on boardAt Enteracloud, we provide customers with technical support and IT solutions that help them to easily operate and manage their day-to-day work activities.Through front-to-back, on-premise, and on-cloud solutions, as an IT Engineer-L2 you will be in charge of handling IT business issues that might arise, such as risk management, data management, regulatory compliance platforms, and more.The activities for this role include, but are not limited to:- Working with the Tier 1 team and clients to gather relevant information.- Assist development teams from both sides to produce solutions.- Advice the Tier1 support team with problem resolution and information queries.- Develop product information and guidelines when a document is not available, and simplify the technical process of implementation for customers in diverse scenarios.- Identifying common questions and problems, to document their respective solutions and recommendations for later reference.- Effectively communicate product functionality to customers and Tier 1 technical support team.- Escalate and prioritize according to specific issues or circumstances.- Take ownership of projects and issues when other groups are involved.- Provide customers with timely solutions.*What we are looking for:- 2+ years of experience in a similar job.- Knowledge of one or more major databases (Oracle, MS SQL, Sybase, MySQL, etc.)- Familiarity with Windows and Unix operating systems (advanced user level on different versions)- Basic AWS understanding- Ability to learn and multi-task.- Analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and implementation of best practices.- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.- Knowledge in Active Directory (create users, groups, policies, etc)- DNS (functionality and knowledge)- Server configuration.- Network management: firewalls, routing, understanding of TCP/IP protocols, switching, AP, etc.- Virtualization: VMware /Hyper-V, vSphere /vcenter- RDS Servers, DC, Print Servers, Files Server- PowerShell scripting- DNS, DHCP, GPOs, SMB, NTFS, ADFS, VMTools- Azure AD- Antispam: Proofpoint / Mimecast- Elastic / Free PBX or 3CXWhat we offer- Competitive base salary (according to skills and experience).- Relocation package.- Vacation days are superior to those provided by law.- We work with the latest technology in virtualization, network monitoring, cloud services, and more.Keep learning about new technologies, equipment, and apps in a constantly growing industry.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $30,****** - $35,****** al mes
