About Senior Marketing ManagerJetour Soueast Mexico is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead the overall marketing strategy, brand management, and market development of its Mexico subsidiary.The ideal candidate will drive brand growth, market awareness, and customer engagement by developing annual marketing strategies, campaigns, and brand positioning plans.They will also lead market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights programs, as well as oversee digital marketing, content development, and local market communication.Key Responsibilities:- Develop Annual Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand visibility, drive sales, and improve customer engagement.- Lead Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors.- Oversee Digital Marketing: Manage social media, email marketing, and other digital channels to reach target audiences.- Coordinate Product Launches: Plan and execute successful product launches, exhibitions, roadshows, and corporate PR events.- Manage Marketing Budget: Optimize marketing spend to achieve maximum ROI.- Support Sales Team: Provide marketing tools, product materials, and lead generation support to sales teams.- Establish Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with media, partners, and government organizations to enhance brand reputation.Requirements:- Proven track record in marketing leadership with 5+ years of experience.- Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor analysis.- Excellent communication, project management, and team leadership skills.- Digital marketing expertise, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.Benefits:- Competitive salary and benefits package.- Ongoing training and development opportunities.- Collaborative and dynamic work environment.- Opportunities for career growth and advancement.
