En Conekta buscamos a nuestr@ siguiente Demand Generation/Marketing Operations specialistBuscamos a alguien con pasión por el Marketing, la tecnología y los productos financieros que quiera construir y operar un motor de demanda de alto impacto en una fintech en etapa de escala.Este es un rol para generar pipeline real, optimizar velocidad y demostrar impacto con números.Ejecutar ABM end-to-end: research de cuentas, segmentación, campañas personalizadas multicanal, eventos, outreach y seguimiento de engagement.Diseñar y operar marketing automation: nurtures, lead scoring, segmentación y campaign ops que aceleren el funnel.Correr campañas de principio a fin y construir reportes claros y accionables sobre pipeline, conversión y eficiencia por canal.Construir desde cero el motor inbound SMB que nos permita probar, aprender y escalar en la siguiente fase de crecimiento.Los objetivos son:Generar pipeline enterprise calificado desde cuentas estratégicas.Reducir drásticamente el tiempo de ejecución de campañas a través de automatización.Validar un modelo inbound SMB con leads listos para vender.¿A quién buscamos?Alguien:Extremadamente hands-on (operas, mides, iteras).Con mentalidad de owner: si no existe, lo construyes.Obsesionado con funnel, conversión, velocity y pipeline.Cómodo trabajando muy cerca de ventas y producto.Si hoy te motiva más construir un motor que correr campañas, este rol es para ti.Si te interesa o conoces a alguien que debería estar aquí, mándame un DM. #J-18808-Ljbffr
