**Job Details****What will you do?**Responsible for developing and maintaining Bill of Materials information for all products manufactured in the plant in preparation for SAP S4 Hana projects.He is also responsible for validating the correct parameters for the proper use of the data for the migration to the SAP system.Must be able to coordinate with the different areas of the plant for the correct and proper generation of views/parameters for all existing part numbers in the plant.Responsible for validating the required information in coordination with the different areas of the plant and the teams involved in the implementation of the SAP system to ensure data integrity.Validate and release product-related information in coordination with the Materials, Engineering, Production, and Finance departments in the following aspects:Validation of product structures (BOM's) preload and post loadReview of units of measure & product routings review.Ensure the addition of new numbers in SAP based on the generation of ECNs or new products.Making changes to the current BOMs during the various MOCKs.Review the part number lists of the products loaded with all their component parts such as purchased parts, raw materials, manufactured parts, subassemblies, and external assemblies in the master file in the SAP system.Understanding and following up on Engineering Changes during the project.Responsible for having sessions with Engineering to ensure compliance with closing ECNs according to established metrics during the life of the project.Analysis and tracking of all active to non-active items in the different test environments.Responsible for ensuring that legacy ERP system parameters are properly uploaded to SAP.Determine root cause analysis and workaround plans for when errors come up in revisions.Meetings with necessary departments to follow up on critical dates.Responsible for providing support to the Finance Department in the various cost runs in SAP.Review with the Imports and Exports team the critical parameters for their operation.Make periodic reviews to the work centers and communicate any changes to the affected departments.Review with the Import/Export team the critical parameters for its operationMake periodic reviews to the work centers (work center) and communicate any changes to the affected departments.**What is needed?**- Bachelor Degree- Advanced knowledge of Office tools.- **Advanced English skills.**:- **Advanced Excel skills.**:- **2 years of experience in Product Engineering Management (manufacturing experience in design, BOM's (bill of materials) routings (standard time), back flush**:- **Availability to travel, current VISA and Passport (over 60%).**:- **Preferred combination with Logistics and supply chain**:- **Preferred: Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP).**:- Ability to write reports and convey detailed information.- High attention to detail.- Experience in BOM management and structures- JCI is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any protected categories._
