ERP Project Lead Junior

**Job Details****What you will do**As ERP Project Lead will be part of the Business Transformation Office (BTO) team and will assist the ERP BTO Lead on the definition, development, execution and follow-up of project activities of ERP Transformation Program. Assists on continues project management activities of review and monitor of work / project plan progress, identify in timely manner risks that generate possible project deviations, communicate and scale risks to support and generate action plans to mitigate and ensure the achievement of project milestones. Assists in the follow-up of Action Items on JIRA process interacting closely with GPO, BPO, PMO and BTO team members ensuring the resolution of these. Assists in continuous improvement activities as well as manage small to mid-size activities of multiple projects.**Duties and Responsibilities**- Responsible for overall coordination with ERP BTO Lead, generate status reporting and ensure stability of project-oriented work efforts.- Responsible for work plan creation and maintenance interacting with collaboration tools (eg. JIRA, SharePoint, etc.) to maintain updated action items assigned to GPO (Global Process Owner), BPO (Business Process Owner), BTO team members, directing and monitoring work efforts on daily basis.- Use disciplined project management methodology to define scope, develop project plan, and execute projects that adhere to guidelines and deliver within cost and schedule.- Communications and Reviews: Responsible for team and cross-functional teams communications, liaison between the team and the Sub-process owners; leads (with assistance) phase and business reviews, project meeting minutes generation and follow-up, issue log creation and metrics follow-up as well as other key communications as needed.- Collaborate on Target Operation Model (TOM) creation and update as needed.- Work in collaboration with individual contributors or cross-functional project teams that may be geographically distributed.- Train and assist in project planning, cost estimation and related scope control. Learn to assess, prioritize and mitigate project risks.- Responsible for coordinating activities of project team, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedules to ensure timely completion of project.- Execute diagnose root causes of performance problems at the individual, team, and organization level as well as develop solution proposals whether training-related or not.**Skills Required**:- **Professional with 2-3 years of work experience in Project Management.**:- **Advanced English skills**:- Bachelor’s degree, Computer and Information Science is preferred.- Self-oriented, hands-on and results-oriented approach.- Demonstrated ability of influencing and executing organizational and mindset changes.- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) to connect and collaborate effectively with a diverse set of peers, constructive and solution-oriented mindset.- Good communication, facilitation and presentation skills. Culturally adaptable. Able to work in and with a global team that is geographically distributed. Independent and innovative spirit. Flexible and responsiveness to input.
