Our client empowers every person and organization to achieve more and to continue that mission they need a self-driven Remote Spanish speaking Microsoft 365 Technical Advisor to work between 1 pm and 9 pm UTC. Responsibilities You will act as ambassadors for the client's customers' journeys. In this role, you will be responsible for providing detailed, consultative advice and support, focusing on understanding and achieving customer goals with their Office 365 subscription. Actively engage with customers to understand their business objectives and how Microsoft 365 can support their goals. Educate customers on Microsoft 365 products and services, guiding them on best practices for improving productivity and collaboration. Assist customers in evaluating the potential benefits of a Microsoft 365 subscription, providing personalized recommendations and tailored demos. Advise on different subscription plans and features, helping customers choose the best option for their needs and budget. Guide customers through new subscriptions or enhancing existing ones, including step-by-step instructions and troubleshooting. Stay updated on the latest Microsoft 365 updates and enhancements, and communicate these effectively to customers. Document technical issues and solutions in a knowledge base. Collaborate with other technical support engineers to resolve complex technical issues. Ensure a high level of customer success, focusing on moving customers from grace period to perpetual usage and increasing license utilization. Qualifications Technical advisory or implementation experience in a Microsoft 365 environment. Strong consultative and chat communication skills, emphasizing clarity, empathy, and professionalism. Preferred certifications: MVP, MCT, MCSA, MCSE (not mandatory). RAVE experience (a plus but not required). Device Specifications Computer that is not joined to another company's domain, neither managed by any remote management - inventory systems or tools Windows 10 Pro (latest updates installed) Minimum of 8 GB RAM (16 is recommended) Core i3 processor (i5 is recommended) Minimum of 256GB Hard disk (256 SSD is recommended) LAN (local access network) required For security requirements, freelancers will not connect to the provided systems and tools using WiFi A minimum of 25 Mbps download speed & 10 Mbps upload speed No 3rd-party antivirus software installed Media devices that are Teams compliant Microphone / headset with background noise canceling (not a phone headset) Webcam, preferably compatible with Windows Hello Technology Why Choose Us?
