In order to support company growth and new programs recently assigned to our Machining plants, we are looking for talent to manage and create value for our operations**Main Responsibilities**- Develop the manufacturing plan and participate in the feasibility analysis, study the RFQ from the customer and clarify any doubts regarding the manufacturing system.- Assure the definition of a robust Manufacturing System to meet the production volume required by the customer.- Define bases and considerations of the process and communicate to Product Engineer, New Programs, Engineering, Projects and Operations.PAC review and update.- Analysis, identification and development of RFQs for outsourcing and internal machining for production equipment and support prototypes.- Lead the Simultaneous Engineering process with suppliers of machining, equipment, tools and gages.Analyze quotes from a technical point of view, investment and manufacturing cost.Approve engineering changes to equipment in manufacturing, installation, or startup.- Validation of the effectiveness of the Product Manufacturing System.Develop and communicate the equipment validation plan at the supplier's facilities and Nemak.- Assure the delivery of productive equipment to operations.Prepare and authorize equipment approval documents, execute the delivery protocol (agreed) of equipment and Infrastructure to the operations area- Collaborate in the development of innovation in manufacturing systems.Made benchmark with similar manufacturing systems to detect the most competitive solutions and obtain improvement areas.**Position Requirements**- Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Master's Degree Desired)- Advanced English- Experience in:- Statistical Process Control Tools (SPC)- Core Tools (PFMEA and Control Plan)- Machining Process- Cutting Tools- Production, Quality, Engineering- APQP- Customer Relations- Budget Development- At Nemak, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (D&I) play a fundamental role in everything we do and are the underlying platform on which our culture is built.We foster a culture that is safe, respectful, fair and inclusive for all of our employees and job applicants.Our value proposition relies on innovation and cross-cultural teamwork, which is only possible when we strive for belonging and commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.We understand the impact equality and of varied perspectives that welcome better ideas to solve complex problems for improvement and transformation._- We are proud to have bias-free conditions of employment, including recruiting, hiring, placement, and promotions, and we welcome all our employees and job applicants.We strongly prohibit any form of workplace harassment or discrimination based on race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status._
