Define the manufacturing strategy for new launches, ensuring to have successful launches through the fulfillment of NPDS deliverables in a timely manner to meet our customers' requirements and contribute to the achievement of organizational objectives.**Main Responsibilities**- Generate the PIM (Integrated Manufacturing Plan) for new products. Define equipment and labor that meet product requirements.- Perform the Quotation activities indicated in the M-1.- Follow up and generate NPDS deliverables and PDPs tests.- Develop RFQs for equipment defined in the PIM- Perform quotation evaluation by generating a technical table- Lead concurrent engineering process with suppliers. Engineering review and approval- Generate content and presentation of Tech Reviews- Support the plant through automation projects, plant engineering and continuous improvement activities- Validate equipment with supplier and validate equipment at Nemak.- Control budget in conjunction with project team**Position Requirements**- Education: Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering- Experience: Project management, Manufacturing processes, Personal administration, project administration, NPDS- Technical Skills: Advanced Manufacturing experience, New products development- English: advanced- At Nemak, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (D&I) play a fundamental role in everything we do and are the underlying platform on which our culture is built.
