Director of Business Development - Juarez / El PasoJob Types : Full-time, PermanentAre you ready to turn your supply chain and logistics experience into a high-earning, rewarding career in business development?A North American logistics company specialising in cross-border logistics is expanding aggressively into the El Paso market.If you have experience in materials management, supply chain management, logistics, and cross-border operations, we can train you in consultative selling techniques to create a lucrative career with earning potential of over $200K USD.If you have 5+ years of experience in materials management, supply chain, or cross-border operations—especially in a manufacturing or plant setting in El Paso / Ciudad Juárez—and a strong desire to learn and grow, we want to hear from you.The Director of Business Development will also coordinate with Account Managers, Pricing Analysts, and the Operations team to create business solutions and long-term business relationships with prospective new customers.ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business and revenue independentlyBuild a strong sales pipeline (cold calling, lead lists, networking)Conduct 5–10 discovery meetings per day when not travelingTravel across Canada, the US, and Mexico to meet prospectsFully utilise CRM tools (Sales Now) daily – log calls, emails, meetingsCross-sell services with the VP of Sales and other team membersGrow existing accounts and uncover upsell opportunitiesGather market intel on competitors and industry changesPropose solutions based on client needs and market trendsCollaborate on pricing and forecasting with senior managementActively participate in sales planning and company growth initiativesQualifications and ExperienceAssociate's or Bachelor's degree (Business or Engineering preferred)Bilingual (English & Spanish – verbal and written)Entrepreneurial mindset and goal-driven approachConsultative selling, negotiation, and communication skillsStrong multitasking, time management, and self-directionHigh energy, confidence, and professional presenceExperience in plant operations, production, materials management, procurement, or logisticsUnderstanding of cross-border logistics (Canada / US / Mexico)Willingness to travel and learn other operational areasPersonal AttributesSelf-Motivated : Takes initiative, makes decisions with confidenceClient-Focused : Goes above and beyond to meet client needsProactive : Looks ahead, solves problems before they ariseDetail-Oriented : Deliver with precision and careTeam-Oriented : Enjoys collaborating in a fast-paced environmentFlexible & Creative : Thrives under pressure, adapts easilySeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionBusiness Development and SalesIndustriesTruck Transportation and Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage#J-#J-*****-Ljbffr
