**EMPRESA IMPORTANTE****Solicita**:**Director of Innovation & New Product Development****Descripción y Requisitos****Responsibilities**:- Works in close cooperation with Project and Product Managers to ensure product development plans and execution aligns with overall New Product Introduction (NPI) launch plan.- In collaboration with our PMO, optimizes resource utilization; generates monthly man-loading estimates- Produces budget estimates and reviews technical content of project proposalsProvides technical direction and leadership on the development of different products, or on multidisciplinary projects spanning across several departments- Identifies technologies in other fields that could be transferred to complement the enterprises' technology stack and therefore integrated into its product offering- Directly manages teams of Design Engineers, Tooling Experts and CAD Technicians- Architects and implements adequate organizational infrastructure for the assigned department, product development plans, projects and other miscellaneous activities**Requirements**:- University degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical)- Bilingual English- Spanish- Minimum of ten years of pertinent experience as an individual contributor in a technical role and five to ten years leadership or managerial experience, formally coordinating the activities of others, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience- Must be able to travel to the USA on occasion for selected work functions- Demonstrable solid technical acumen in the following Engineering disciplines: Mechanical, Electrical, Software and Systems- Superior written and verbal communication and presentation skills ("strong communicator")- Proven experience with Agile product development methodologiesPuesto: Director**Información Adicional**- Tipo de contrato: Permanente- Salario: Negociable- Pais: MEXICO- Estado o Region: Chihuahua- Ciudad: Ciudad Juarez
