Eres una persona organizada, con habilidades de coordinación y con gran actitud de servicio?Buscamos aun ejecutivo de CustomerServicequenos apoye agestionarla logística internacional de nuestros clientes a través de una amplia red de transportistas, lineas navieras, aéreas y agentes aduanales.FUNCIONES:- Atención a clientes en la elaboración y seguimiento de reservaciones a través de la comunicación directa con ellos y de los sistemas designados para ese fin.- Seguimiento diario del status de las reservaciones con los clientes así como transportistas, líneas navieras, aéreas, agentes aduanales y su registro dentro del sistema de reservaciones para cumplir estándares de servicio y tiempos de respuesta.- Documentación de todo el proceso de embarque: Instrucción de reservación a líneas navieras, confirmación de bookings a clientes, avisos de arribo, cartas LOI, instrucciones al agente aduanal, instrucciones de embarque, listas de empaque.Etc..Identificar e implementar mejoras los procesos del área con el objetivo mejorar los níveles de servicio al cliente.- Generar de manera efectiva y clara comunicados corporativos con los clientesREQUERIMIENTOS- Buscamos Licenciado en Comercio Internacional- Joven con excelentes habilidad de comunicación con los clientes- Organizado, gusto por el trabajo en equipo- Facilidadpara trabajar con múltiples tareas a la vez- Con enfoque a cumplimiento y seguimiento de objetivos- Muy importante que tenga muy buen nível de inglés.- Buscamos que tenga conocimientos de logística marítima, áerea y terrestre y sea de rápido aprendizaje.- Proporcionaremos entrenamiento intenso al momento de integrarse a trabajar con nosotros.OFRECEMOS- Ofrecemos $22,000 pesos mensuales- Vales de despensa- Prestaciones superiores a la ley- Capacitación y desarrollo- Excelentes instalaciones y ambiente de trabajo.- Horario de Lunes a Viernes de 8:30a.m.a 6:00p.m.- Todas nuestras contrataciones consideran 3 meses de prueba antes de ofrecer la planta.UBICACIONNuestras oficinas están ubicadasen Vasconcelos,muy cerca delTunel Loma Larga, en San Pedro Garza Garcia.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $20,****** - $22,****** al mesBeneficios:- Caja de ahorro- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldo- Vales de despensaTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horas
