About the Role:- The Sales Representative is responsible for a merchant's long-term retention andrevenue growth.Cultivate our relationships with SMB business owners, while helpingthem craft a successful partnership.- Demonstrate a broad scope, including making operational improvements,troubleshooting product-related bugs, upselling incremental products and services, andensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention on a book of accounts.**Responsibilities**:- Connect and collaborate with our existing merchant partners to understand their uniquegoals and priorities, and help resolve current challenges to retain and grow our partnersongoing basis to monitor and support progress toward their goalsSkill Set Required- 2+ years of experience in sales roles, increasing customersatisfaction, retention, and product adoption- Creative, motivated, and passionate about sales- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools- Experience using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel (can maintain complexspreadsheets), on an intermediate to proficient level- Experience using Outreach or similar engagement tools- Ability to demonstrate empathy with partners' needs and adapt to meet their uniquegoals.
