**Manager, Consulting****Guadalajara, Mexico****About Cognizant Consulting**Cognizant Consulting is more than Cognizant's consulting practice—we're a global community of 6,000+ experts dedicated to helping clients reimagine their business.Blending our deep industry and technology advisory capability, we create innovative business solutions for Fortune 500 clients.And now, we're looking for our next colleague who'll join us in shaping the future of business.Could it be you?**About the Role**As a Project Manager, you will make an impact by leading the rollout and integration of Veeva Link Workflow solutions for our life sciences client, Alexion.You will be a valued member of the Cognizant Consulting team and work collaboratively with client stakeholders, technical teams, and Veeva leadership to ensure successful delivery and adoption of workflow services.**In this role, you will**:- Scope, establish, and lead Link Workflow rollout programs across client teams.- Build strategic relationships with business and IT executives to define deployment, governance, and API integration roadmaps.- Own delivery accountability for Link Workflow implementations, ensuring client success and satisfaction.- Collaborate with Veeva's Strategy, Sales, Product Management, and Link Services Leadership teams to align on milestones and program activities.- Manage execution across Link Services and client integration teams to meet project goals.- Contribute to the development and definition of Cognizant's Workflow Services offering in partnership with Veeva.**What you must have to be considered**:- 5+ years of experience serving life sciences clients.- 1+ years of experience with KOL (Key Opinion Leader) engagement processes.- Strong technical understanding of CRM configuration and API integrations.- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and gain organizational buy-in for new tools.- Excellent executive communication and relationship-building skills.**These will help you succeed**:- Skills in problem resolution, negotiation, and navigating ambiguity.- Experience establishing effective processes and influencing without authority.- Passion for delivering high-impact solutions that improve healthcare outcomes.
