**Proposito del puesto**Realiza la gestión de desarrollo de productos plásticos, especialmente a cargo de la gestión de desarrollo de productos de inyección de moldeo y herramientas de molde, y logra los resultados a tiempo gracias a los esfuerzos de todos los miembros del equipo, obtiene la aprobación de los clientes y reduce la producción en masa.**Roles y actividades**- Dirija el desarrollo de un nuevo producto de plástico, logre los resultados a tiempo, obtenga la aprobación de los clientes y reduzca la producción en masa.- Realización de plan de cronograma de proyecto y trabajo con otros equipos a realizar, control de avance real y seguimiento.- Trabaje con BPM o fábrica para cotizar y estimar la pieza, las herramientas y hacer formularios de Excel e informes de PowerPoint- Haga un seguimiento del cronograma de diseño del equipo de RD, revise el informe DFM, incluido el análisis de la estructura de la pieza, la viabilidad de las herramientas, etc- Comuníquese con el cliente o el equipo de RD, revise la estructura y el proceso, y presente una propuesta y un plan de reducción de costos.- Hágase cargo de la prueba de herramientas y la ejecución piloto, la resolución de problemas y elabore un informe de prueba de herramientas y una lista de problemas.- Prepare la hoja PPAP y obtenga la aprobación del cliente/PPAP sheet prepare and get approval from customer.Estimación y ejecución de ECR/ECN/ECR/ECN- Ingrese la información de las piezas de plástico en el sistema SAP/Agile y manténgala.- Tratar los problemas especiales después de MP y resolver los problemas de quejas de los clientes.**Requisitos**:- **Escolaridad - **_Ingenieria/linceciatura terminada o grado superior_- **Ingles - **_Avanzado_- **Experiência -**_ _Ingeniería o campo relacionado, diseño y fabricación mecánica, ingeniería electromecánica / Engineering or related field, mechanical design and manufacturing, electromechanical engineering._- Deseable minimo 3 años de experiência en ingeniería en desarrollo y gestión de productos o experiência similar en entorno de fabricación y diseño mecánico en América del Norte._- **Computer skills - **_Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint,Word), ProE and CAD Software or Solidworks, Agile or SAP (better)_**Salary**: $111,****** - $2,222,****** per month
