Supplier Development Engineer (SDE)- Execute Product Development plan at supplier location- Experience and Knowledge in Electrical & Electronics products like Wire Harness, Chargers, PCBA, Battery Modules, Motors etc.- Experience in outsourced product development is must- Minimum of 3-5 years' industrial experience in product manufacturing is must- Utilizes Reverse Engineering methods to develop the product- Track progress, Resolve roadblocks- Facilitate qualification testing & approvals through Customer- Evaluate and make recommendations of sub tiers quality systems and processes on need basis- Coordinate Root Cause analysis and implement Corrective Actions for non-conformances- Coordinate and support suppliers in submitting FAI / PPAP for manufacturing items and necessary approvals.- Perform third party inspection for quality containment- Support with supplier wise quality analysis information and reporting- Knowledge of global regulations RoHS, RoHS2, REACH, WEEE.- Take the onus of defined KPI's and ensure the project deliverables are met according to client agreement & ensure smooth transition.- Experience in Project Management activities and handling of large/ critical projects- Good communication skills**What you can expect from us**At DigitalOnUs, what distinguishes us from other teams is the comfortable environment which engenders trust within teams and with our customers.Trust and openness leads to quality, innovation, commitment to deliverables, efficiency and cost-effectiveness for all our customers.- Work with some truly remarkable IT engineers, architects, specialists and more.- We're growing at a phenomenal pace and we'd like some company.- Hear your voice, nurture your talent and help you strengthen your foot print- Benefits above the law- Mentorship, and opportunities to grow and learn
