**Business Development Analyst****DESCRIPTION**:This is an exciting position with high growth potential for someone interested in experiencing firsthand the dynamic nature of the software industry and interacting regularly with international clients.**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**- Research, test, and execute innovative lead generation strategies.- Identify and qualify potential new clients.- Create proposals based on the company's offering and custom solutions.- Proactively follow up with prospects to answer any questions.- Maintain opportunities funnel information updated in a CRM platform.- Present reports, updates, and initiatives to the Leadership Team.- Analyze consumer behavior to identify pain points and preferences.- Work in conjunction with other departments to align strategies.**REQUIREMENTS**:- Fluent English (written and spoken)- Excellent communicator with great attitude- Attention to detail and good analytic skills- Out of the box problem solver- Fast learner- Not a deal breaker, but a great plus if you have: International Businesses or Marketing background, Sales, or Social Media Management experience.**WHY WORK WITH US?**- Work from in office- Career growth opportunities- Long-term projects- Constant learning- Training- Frequent and open communication- Great TeamTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoHorario:- Turno de 8 horas
