**Business Development Manager Hermosillo, Sonora**
Importante empresa internacional, ligada a la apertura de nuevas operaciones de manufactura, soft landing, captación de arranques de planta, real estate industrial y trámites de permisos ante gobierno para operación de nuevas plantas, ubicada en la ciudad de Hermosillo, se encuentra en búsqueda de un **Business Development Manager** que pueda impulsar el crecimiento y fortalecer la presencia de la empresa en el mercado.
**Responsabilidades principales**
- Desarrollar e implementar estrategias comerciales para incrementar ventas y participación de mercado.
- Identificar, prospectar y cerrar nuevas oportunidades de negocio con clientes corporativos.
- Administrar y fortalecer relaciones de negocios con socios estratégicos, clientes clave y stakeholders.
- Analizar tendencias de mercado y proponer planes de acción para lograr objetivos de crecimiento.
- Coordinar iniciativas comerciales y de gestión con diferentes áreas internas de la empresa.
**Requisitos**
- Licenciatura en Administración, Negocios, Marketing o afín.
- Experiência mínima de 5 años en desarrollo de negocios, ventas corporativas o posiciones similares.
- Habilidades comprobadas en negociación, manejo de cuentas clave y administración comercial.
- Visión estratégica, liderazgo y orientación a resultados.
- Inglés avanzado (se hará filtro de idioma).
**Ofrecemos**
- Salario mensual bruto $60,000 a $75,000
- Paquete de prestaciones superiores a las de ley.
