Job Title: Latin America Business Development ManagerThe position of Latin America Business Development Manager plays a crucial role in driving aggressive market share growth for the region by leveraging our product portfolio and manufacturing facility in Monterrey.As an advocate for new technologies, you will work closely with regional managers, sales channels, end-users, strategic accounts, consultants, and niche applications to identify and pursue new business opportunities.This is a high-impact role that requires a strong understanding of the industrial refrigeration market in Mexico.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience in the refrigeration market.The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, ability to articulate features as benefits, and a strong technical understanding of industrial refrigeration systems.They will also be skilled in market research, product management, and financial analysis.This role involves working with various stakeholders, including direct and indirect sales teams, contractors, consultants, and product users.The position does not have direct reports but influences across all departments and levels.Main Responsibilities:- Meet or exceed fiscal year sales and margin goals.- Forge relationships within industry organizations to generate sales leads.- Identify and analyze target market segments to fuel industrial business growth.- Develop and execute strategic plans to create new business with buyers and influencers.- Obtain specifications for client products in projects.- Assist regional managers and local representatives in training and development.- Develop persuasive presentations to sales representatives, peers, customers, and industry groups.- Travel to customer sites, corporate offices, and select accounts to promote product solutions.- Develop and maintain relationships to increase market share throughout Mexico.- Help develop and implement strategies to increase market presence and participation.Nature and Scope:This position reports to the General Manager, Mexico.The role involves working with employees at all levels of the organization, direct and indirect sales teams, contractors, consultants, and product users.Working Conditions:This role requires occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs and travel up to *****% of the time.Working conditions include those of a normal office environment, as well as standard hazards associated with construction sites.
