Contribute your talents to high-end, esteemed brands like JBL, Mark Levinson and Revel Unite your passion for audio innovation with high-tech product development Create pitch-perfect, cutting-edge technology that elevates the listening experience About the Role As a Demand Planner, you will be responsible for managing global forecasting activities associated with customers and products, create and maintain forecast models for customers, incorporating business intelligence and forecast information gathered from multiple sources. Develop the SKU-level demand plan for your region, customers, and products. This plan becomes the key input into the Global S&OP process that is then rolled up against the global supply plan. You will also work in coordination with the global supply teams to improve the demand signal and demand filling processes with factories and contract manufacturers. What You Will Do Implement and support the demand planning strategy. Design and implement tools and processes that enhance the demand planning function. Review sales plans, Customer and data, Finance Budget Updates Achieve consensus for operational demand forecasts by facilitating a collaborative planning process across the globe with regional sales, marketing, and finance personnel. Work with global S&OP and Distribution Resource Planning (DRP) teams in weekly Sales Operations Execution (SOE) to adjust and prioritize Sales Orders. Develop, monitor, and communicate reports on forecast accuracy to Business Unit and Supply Chain organizations, and drive continuous improvement. What You Need Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, mathematics, or a related field. Fluent in English and Spanish 5 years minimum experience using PC-based applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access) 5 years working in a team-based environment. 5 years working in a cross‑functional collaborative environment. Prior experience in inventory management and reduction Buyer / Planner Experience What Is Nice to Have Experience using business intelligence suites. Experience using SAP or any other ERP. Strong communication skills with a proven ability to understand key concepts and communicate with business stakeholders. Experience in finance, sales, marketing, product management, and R&D functions Proficiency in mathematics/statistics Project Management Experience Continuous Improvement Background What Makes You Eligible Be willing to travel up to 10%, domestic and international travel.
