Administrar y mantener actualizada la matriz de habilidades, asegurando que cada asociado cuente con al menos dos certificaciones.Realizar seguimiento al avance del personal en sus certificaciones iniciales (primera y segunda), evaluando cumplimiento en tiempo con base en los estándares establecidos.Gestionar el Diagnóstico de Necesidades de Capacitación (DNC) de forma anual y/o semestral en coordinación con jefaturas de área, alineando los planes de capacitación con los objetivos organizacionales.Coordinar e impartir cursos de inducción al personal de nuevo ingreso, incluyendo reglamentos, cultura organizacional y procesos internos.Analizar y reportar la efectividad de los cursos mediante el seguimiento a la asistencia, evaluaciones del curso, calificaciones de los participantes y retroalimentación del instructor.Capturar y controlar la información de certificaciones en los sistemas correspondientes.Colaborar en la elaboración de indicadores y métricos del área de capacitación (cumplimiento de certificaciones, asistencia a cursos, efectividad, etc.).Coordinarse con otras áreas como Seguridad, Calidad o Producción para asegurar que el personal cumpla con las formaciones requeridas por normativas o auditorías.Gestionar la facturación de servicio de comedor y transporte de personal.Elaboración y actualización de pasaportes del personal.Modificaciones, altas y bajas de JIBS en sistema de acuerdo a ISO.Captura de cursos en STPS y elaboración de DC-3.Enfoque a mejora continua en su área.Soporte en los eventos de recursos humanos que impacten el clima laboral.About Regal Rexnord- The Company's end markets benefit from meaningful secular demand tailwinds, and include factory automation, food & beverage, aerospace, medical, data center, warehouse, alternative energy, residential and commercial buildings, general industrial, construction, metals and mining, and agriculture.
