Warehouse Leader – Second Shift / Líder de Almacén – Segundo Turno Location: Tecate, Baja California, México | Full-Time | On-Site Department: Operations / Warehouse Logistics Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor / Warehouse Manager Shift: Second Shift About Us At Nysonian, we exist to build the next generation of global lifestyle brands that redefine how people live, work, and create.Our warehouse and logistics operations are essential to ensuring accurate material flow, timely production support, and efficient outbound fulfillment.At our Tecate facility, we strive to build a world-class logistics operation rooted in safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.Role Overview The Warehouse Leader oversees daily warehouse activities during the second shift, supporting inbound and outbound operations, material movement, and inventory accuracy.This role works closely with the Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate tasks, guide warehouse associates, ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures, and maintain an organized working environment.The Warehouse Leader plays a key role in maintaining workflow continuity and supporting operational goals.Responsibilities Shift Coordination Team Support Lead and coordinate warehouse associates during second shift.Assign tasks and ensure workload distribution aligns with operational priorities.Support training of new team members on warehouse processes and safety standards.Communicate shift goals, updates, and instructions to the team.Inbound Outbound Operations Support receiving activities, including unloading, verifying, labeling, and storing materials.Oversee material picking, staging, packing, and shipping for outbound operations.Ensure timely material delivery to production lines and return of finished goods to the warehouse.Assist in resolving discrepancies in receiving, picking, or shipping activities.Inventory Control Ensure accurate recording of warehouse transactions in ERP/WMS systems.Maintain organization of storage areas, bins, racks, and staging zones.Support cycle counts, recounts, and inventory investigations as needed.Report low-stock, damaged materials, or inventory inconsistencies.Safety, Organization Compliance Enforce use of PPE and compliance with warehouse safety rules.Promote a clean and organized warehouse environment following 5S principles.Inspect forklift and material-handling equipment for proper use and condition.Report incidents, unsafe conditions, or quality issues immediately.Operational Support Assist in troubleshooting operational issues, such as material shortages, delays, or space constraints.Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality teams to support real-time needs.Support documentation tasks such as labeling, scanning, and record updates.Maintain strong communication with the Warehouse Supervisor regarding shift progress.Reporting Complete shift logs, discrepancy notes, and material movement records.Report performance issues, shift results, and improvement opportunities.Track basic KPIs such as picking rates, accuracy, and on-time support.Requirements Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training in logistics is a plus.1–3 years of warehouse experience, preferably in manufacturing.Experience operating forklifts and handling warehouse equipment (certification preferred).Skills Strong leadership and communication abilities.Knowledge of warehouse processes, safety rules, and material handling.Basic computer skills; experience with ERP or WMS systems is an advantage.Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.Excellent teamwork, organization, and problem-solving abilities.Availability to work second shift.What We Offer Opportunity to grow within a fast-growing, globally minded organization.A dynamic, collaborative, and safety-focused work environment.Competitive compensation and professional development opportunities.
