Descripción y detalle de las actividadesThis position is responsible for direct supervision of all production operations in assigned department(s).This includes assisting in the interviewing, hiring, training and performance appraisal of employees as well as planning, assigning and directing work.- Accountable for meeting production plans, and in doing so, plan and control the efficient use of manpower, machines and other resources to meet and continuously improve upon established standards.- Ensure manufactured components meet engineering specifications and quality standards.Experiência y requisitosBachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent education and experience is required.- A minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing environment is required- A minimum of 2 years of personnel supervision**Skills**:- Sheet metal manufacturing experience is required- CNC FADALS or any other CNC equipment experience is required; VIPROS-AMADA Turret Punch Press and Bending Systems (Press Brake Machines) experience is required.Spec Drawings reading knowledge is required.Measuring Instrumentation usage experience required.- Proficiency in Microsoft office is preferred- Knowledge of ERP system is preferred- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required- Strong organizational and prioritization skills are required- Forklift certification is preferred- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision is required- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is preferredBeneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Producción/Manufactura**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario**- Tiempo completo**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Inglés**Hablado: Avanzado, Escrito: Avanzado**Disponibilidad p.viajar** No
